Holly Sunday

Holly Sunday starts with family breakfast.

All  family members share 'the blessed' egg and wish each other all the best. Traditional meals are:

- eggs  in different form

- żurek -made of soured rye flour and meat (usually boiled pork sausage) traditionally served in bowl made of bread

 

          

 

- white sausage - unsmoked minced por  sausage
 - herring
- horseradish
- a cake
- cheescake
